Dear Parents,

We are happy to inform you that we are organizing a session for Parents on LEARNING DISABILITIES AND CHILDHOOD BEHAVIOURAL PROBLEMS by

SPL EDUCATOR MS. URMILLA JAIN (DSE. CP. (DIPLOMA IN SPECIAL EDUCATION..CEREBRAL PALSY…) on 30^th December, 2016 i.e. Friday.

Kids will also be demonstrating the results of 2 days MID-BRAIN SESSION on this day.

Timings for the same will be 10.00 am to 12 noon. Reporting Timings for the parents is 9.45 am. Kindly adhere to the given timings.

Important Note — School will be open for classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery, K.G., I & II on 30^th December. Reporting Timings for the kids will be 9.00 am.

Dispersal will be with the parents only.

There will be a holiday for Class Play Group.

Kindly note that Kids will be going for an Educational Trip to TAJ BALLON FESTIVAL 2016 on 30^TH November ’2016 (Wednesday). The line-up comprises 15 balloons from different countries including India, the USA, UK, Canada, Spain, UAE, Netherland, Turkey, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, and Malaysia. These include three “special shape” balloons featuring iconic characters Happy Egg, Bob the Lobster & Smurf, an exciting new addition to last year’s festival. The highlights of the festival include night glows & tethered flights at the PAC parade grounds.

We are celebrating 5^th Annual Day on Saturday 26^th November, 2016. You are cordially invited to witness the event. Hope you have received the invitation card sent through your ward. It may kindly be noted that:

This invitation card is only for the parents i.e. Mother & Father of the Child. For any additional invitation cards, please send a written application (name of person and relation with the child) to the Class Teacher by 24^th November, 2016.

Wednesday 23rd November, 2016	Only participants will report to school. Timings will be 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Thursday 24th November, 2016	Only participants will report to school. Timings will be 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Friday 25th November, 2016	1. A full dress rehearsal will be held on Friday 25th November, 2016. Kindly dress your ward according to the instructions given by the Programme In-Charges. 2. The reporting time for the day will be 11:30 am at C-55, Kamla Nagar and dispersal at 4:30 pm from C-55, Kamla Nagar. School will provide pick & drop transport facility. 3. Students of all the Classes P.G. to II as usual, will bring their own tiffin from home.
Saturday 26th November, 2016	1. Parents are requested to reach the school on time and be seated by 4.45 pm. 2. Participants must carry an extra set of dress so that they can wear it after the programme. 3. Your ward will be handed over to you only after the event ends i.e. 08.30 pm (approx.). In between the child will not be handed over to the parents. 4. School will provide refreshments & dinner to all students. Extra small tiffin may be brought by the child, if you find it appropriate. 5. School will provide only pickup facility. Reporting time is 1.30 pm at C-55, Kamla Nagar.
